I found the staff to be helpful. they arranged timely shuttles and provided quick assistance. the air conditioning worked well, maintaining a consistent, comfortable temperature. the villa was clean and well kept. I was very satisfied with it.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful! My room was well-equipped and clean. I felt very comfortable there.

There were limited dining options available at the hotel. The restaurant closed early at 8:30 PM, a problem because there is nothing around. The breakfast was also not great.

I mean, the pool access directly from the balcony? amazing! the resort also offers a complimentary shuttle service to the city. It's really convenient. i walked outside, and this floral smell welcomed me, so pleasing. there's also a smaller 7/11 grocery store nearby for quick needs.

i noticed the outside of the building looked better in pictures than in real life.
